For UK orders please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery and for international orders please allow up to 4-6 working days. Back Orders We try to maintain adequate stock levels, by watching purchasing patterns, but occasionally demand can temporally exceed our stock levels. If an item is out of stock the number of days it will take for the item to return to stock is indicated under the the "stock" heading in the item description. If your item is on back order and it will take longer to arrive than the target delivery times, you will always be contacted, either by telephone or email, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, if you choose to proceed, the item or items that are in stock will be dispatched immediately, the rest of your order will be dispatched as soon as the item or items are back in stock. Our aim is to fulfil all orders within 30 days of receipt. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union (EU), 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
